Sammons Rolyan PIP Ligament Repair Splint allows active PIP flexion and extension, yet limits radial and ulnar deviation of the PIP joint. The polycentric hinge prevent distal migration of splint during flexion. It is ideal for PIP injuries such as sprains and strains and for repair of partial collateral ligament tears. It can also be used post-operatively for PIP protection.
